Prague’s Kbely is turning into an attractive residential area. Our new project Albatros Kbely is growing there. During a total of five development phases, it will offer 11 apartment buildings with 2+kk to 4+kk apartments, some of which will be available for move-in as early as spring 2024.
The successful project, which is especially popular with young families, is currently in its third phase. There will be a large public space full of playgrounds and functional greenery, a cycle path or a barbecue area. From September 2023, the newly built Albatros kindergarten will be open. Fast connection to the centre is provided by the nearby metro line C – Letňany. Just a few steps away from the area is the Letňany Forest Park – an ideal place for walks, bike rides and skating. The centre of civic life in Kbely today is the Central park, where countless events take place throughout the year. In addition, there are children’s and dog playgrounds, fitness elements and a log cabin with a restaurant. For indoor sports, cinema and family shopping you can go to the Letňany shopping centre. For a relaxing get-together with friends, we recommend the restored Kbelský pivovar.
