Introducing a new development project D.O.K. Radlice located in the fast developing part of Prague 5. The modern residential complex, which aims to combine ecological and technological innovations with everyday life, consists of three buildings named Dřevák, Onyx and Krystal. The complex consists of three buildings Dřevák, Onyx and Krystal. Currently the first of the three buildingsis on sale – a unique all-wooden new building Dřevák. It is special because of the use of solid CLT panel technology, which also proves that traditional materials can work in modern residential construction. The other two buildings – Onyx and Krystal, which will be available in later stages of sale, also combine classic construction methods with modern innovations.

D.O.K. Radlice uses state-of-the-art technologies for the sustainable use of natural resources. The entire complex benefits from a blue-green infrastructure that includes water recycling systems, efficient rainwater management, photovoltaic and photothermal panels on the roofs of the buildings, and intelligent energy management systems including central energy recovery. Through these measures, the project achieves high energy efficiency, with the aim of minimising the carbon footprint and keeping operating costs low for residents in the long term.

In addition to the housing itself, D.O.K. Radlice offers a range of community spaces that support active neighbourhood life. For example, there is a playgroup for parents with young children, a DIY corner or a gazebo in a quiet courtyard for social gatherings. Location

The project is located on a brownfield site at Radlická Street, close to the Radlická metro station, which provides excellent access to the centre of Prague and the Anděl shopping centre. Nearby are tennis courts, the Sokol gym, the Motorlet swimming pool and the beautiful Prokopské údolí nature reserve , ideal for relaxation and nature walks.
