The former factory for the production of aircraft parts is associated with the names of Czechoslovak Army pilots František Klepš and Zdeněk Vinopal. As it was to be a vertical factory, the ceilings of up to 4.3 metres high are accompanied by the extraordinary load-bearing capacity of the structure. In 1984, the building was also supplemented by a civil protection shelter for up to 300 people.
